October is here, it officially FEELS like fall and soon enough it will start looking like fall.

Jessica and Curt’s wedding day started for us at Toledo Country Club. When we arrived the decor team were putting the finishing touches on the space and I was in AWE! They whole team knocked it out of the park and those gold Chiavari chairs with the BLACK seats were such a nice touch.

Curt was cool as a cucumber when we poked into the guys room. He had his best man, Luke, help him get the tie and cufflinks just right then asked the rest of his groomsmen to open their thank you gifts. Curt is quote the Bourbon aficionado and he gifted a bottle to his crew, along with coordinating socks because, well you know, Jess MAY have had a say in that part?!

Upstairs the ladies dresses had me, once again, in total wow! Who doesn’t like some sequins on a wedding day?! Jessica’s mom and two sisters helped her get into her dress, special shoutout to Brooke from BFTD for getting those task-y buttons started! I love when the bridesmaids and bride dress at the same time separate from one another, it allows for a fun reveal moment!

Jess and Curt did not do a First Look, instead, they saw each other for the first time as the doors dramatically opened at Saint Rose in downtown Perrysburg. It was a lovely moment and the look on both of their faces was that of pure JOY. The church is one of my favs in the area, as it is not overwhelmingly large and the light quality is always gorgeous. The sun poked itself out as they couple darted out of the church post family portraits when we started making our way back to TCC for photos.

Creative portrait time was generally dry, we had a brief down pour which we made the most of by having that also be the time were Jess had her bustle put up!

When the reception kicked off, the band kept the dance floor packed… LITERALLY. It was a little awkward to maneuver through but I did it and have the bruises from bumping into speakers to prove it!

Jessica and Curt! Biggest congrats, it was an incredible day. I loved witnessing the emotion and joy throughout the day and seeing you two enjoy what the day is truly about!
