Yes, put your hands where your lower ribs come together. I see a lot of vids telling people how many crunches a day they should do, well let me tell you that is bullshit. It has nothing to do with the amount (you will work your way up gradually though) but it has everything to do with the intensity. If you feel the burn in your muscles you’re doing a good job. Listen to your body, don’t hurt yourself, when the burn is getting worse do a few more and then rest. it will get easier every day! grtz
This sounds like a really hard book to get through for some people. The emotional part of this book would take a lot from me I think, but I am happy to hear that Alina takes on such a hard subject in her book.
